You might also try to use the InstallShield Limited Edition (ISLE) but it might need the professional version of Visual Studio (or Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition). For you it might be enough to use the free tools that are available for Visual Studio 2015 Community edition (also free) - for example: Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Installer Projects ( ).
